Equity Trustees Limited (“Equity Trustees”) (ABN 46 004 031 298), AFSL 240975, is the Responsible Entity for the Market Intelligence Fund ("the Fund"). It describes who this financial product is likely to be appropriate for a consumer seeking regular income to be used as a small component within a portfolio where the consumer has medium investment timeframe, medium risk/return profile and is likely to need no more frequent than monthly access to capital, and any conditions around how the product can be distributed to investors. It also describes the events or circumstances where the Target Market Determination for this financial product may need to be reviewed.

You can apply online or via a PDF application form which can be requested at hello@miif.com.au.

The minimum investment amount is $5,000.00 AUD and $500.00 AUD thereafter.

A term of 5 years.

The Market Intelligence Income Fund accepts applications on a monthly basis. If you would like to invest in the Fund, we need to receive your application and transfer of funds no later than four (4) Sydney business days prior to the end of the month.

APEX our appointed Funds Administrator take three (3) Sydney business days to complete the relevant AML (Anti-Money Laundering) / KYC (Know Your Client) checks.
Upon completion and confirmation you will receive SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) from APEX with account details for the transferring of funds, and your unique portfolio number.

All new investments are typically confirmed around the 16th business day of each month, following Sydney's business schedule.
Once investments are settled, you can view your individual holdings through your investor portal 24/7 (Register here).

If you have elected to receive monthly income distributions rather than opting for reinvestment, the funds will be transferred to your designated account as soon as practicable after the distribution calculation date (Generally on or around the 16th of each month).
Should you choose to reinvest your monthly income, the revised value of your investment in the fund will be detailed on your individual investor portal (Register here).

Redemptions

If your investment in the Market Intelligence Income Fund was placed via a Financial Adviser through a platform, please contact your Adviser directly.
If you are a direct Investor in the Fund, please email hello@miif.com.au. for a redemption form.
Please Note: A redemption request must be submitted no later than 2pm on the last business day of the calendar month, for it to be paid in the following month.
There are also terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and reviewed prior to undertaking the redemption, these also must be taken into consideration and go through a redemption approval process with the Fund via our PDS.

The funds will typically be disbursed on or around the 16th of each month .
Given the redemption form is completed by 2pm AEST on the last business day of the calendar month preceding.
